Seafood and oyster lover, salad queen and a big believer in wholesome food straight from the farm, the MasterChef All Star will present a huge Cooking Demonstration Program in the Narooma Betta Home Living festival kitchen.
In the lead up to the festival you can see Courtney on the popular cooking series Farm To Fork (Network 10) but you may recognise her from MasterChef Australia Season 2 or 10. For the past 11 years she has worked as the Head Chef for the Sydney Swans AFL Team, cooking for the players and working closely with the team dietician to create wholesome meals for over 80 players and support staff.
This year’s cooking demonstration program will celebrate provenance by looking behind the menu at the important chef and producer relationships.
