A dish born on the Californian Goldfields, the Hangtown Fry was a luxurious dish that combinedcrumbed oysters and bacon inside a soft pillow of fluffy eggs. Enjoy a complimentary Virgin Mary Oyster Sipper on arrival, tuck into a Hangtown Fry or an egg and bacon roll, with tea and coffee of course. Soloist Greg Kew will be playing tunes and you can settle in on the lawns or inside with a reviving beverage and fill your belly, there will also be full club facilities.
