Kayak & Shuck: $200/4 hours. Paddle from the stunning Pambula River Mouth through Beowa National Park with a guide from Navigate Expeditions, passing ancient oyster middens, sea eagles and working oyster leases before arriving at Broadwater Oysters. Discover sustainable oyster farming, merroir and shucking techniques in a hands-on experience that blends adventure, nature and discovery for oyster lovers and kayakers of all experience levels.

Tide to Table: $125/45minutes. An intimate tasting with award winning growers and shuckers. Includes a complimentary sparkling, wine, craft beer or soft drink, a dozen Rock Oysters per person and seasonal toppings.

Gourmet Oyster School: $75/45min. Discover why Sydney Rock Oysters are so prized, how they grow, how flavour shifts with the seasons, and whether oysters can be enjoyed year-round. In this hands-on experience, you’ll learn expert tips for handling, storing, shucking and tasting oysters like a pro.
