Join the team at Mystery Bay Kelp for a guided shoreline foraging tour just minutes south of Narooma, where you’ll learn to identify different kelp varieties and uncover their vital role in health and modern cuisine. Then, back at the Mystery Bay Kelp headquarters, you’ll sample four of their award-winning blends – Bush Tucker Blend, Umami Black, Chilli Hit, and Garlic Infusion – sprinkled on Wagonga Inlet rock oysters by Anoma at Oyster Pro to enhance their natural flavours.
