This fifth-generation farming family knows a thing or two about oysters, they’ve produced some of the biggest contenders for Australia’s Biggest Oyster, and their shuckers have taken on the best at the Australian Oyster Shucking Championships.
Oysters are served with Jade’s signature Wasabi Balsamic Dressing and are available in two sizes, small ($25 per dozen) and medium ($28 per dozen). Pacific Oysters, pending availability, are $32 per dozen.
