Every Tuesday, from 3pm to 4.30pm, Moruya’s Sage Farmers Market transforms Riverside Park into a vibrant hub of fresh local produce, connecting the community with local growers and harvesters and offering the freshest regional bounty.

Among the growers is Kevin from McAsh Oysters, renowned for his premium Sydney Rock Oysters, cultivated in the pristine waters of the Clyde River at Batemans Bay. Watch as he demonstrates the art of shucking and learn what it does to elevate the merroir of the Rock Oyster.
