Expression of Interest (EOI) for Businesses – Rock Oyster Week 2025
Narooma Rocks invites businesses to submit an Expression of Interest (EOI) to be part of Rock Oyster Week 2025, a celebration of oysters, local produce, and unique culinary experiences in the Eurobodalla, Bega Valley and Shoalhaven Shires. This exciting week of events will coincide with the Narooma Oyster Festival and aims to create unforgettable experiences that showcase the beauty of our region and the quality of our oysters.
Rock Oyster Week runs from 26 April – 4 May 2025.
We are seeking local businesses, producers, restaurants, cafes, and tourism operators to create oyster-related experiences that will engage both locals and visitors alike.
The Narooma Oyster Festival runs from 4pm on Friday 2nd May 4:00pm until 5.30pm on Saturday 3rd May.
Please avoid advertising any activities during the actual Narooma Oyster Festival, instead plan your unique experiences pre and post festival.
We’re looking for creative oyster-themed experiences that capture the essence of the region and its natural bounty. Examples may include, but are not limited to:
Oyster and wine pairing dinners
Oyster farm tours or tastings
Cooking demonstrations featuring oysters
Guided oyster lease or inlet tours
Oysters in unique dishes at your restaurant
Exclusive oyster and seafood platters
Workshops on shucking, pairing, or preparing oysters
Or any other ideas you have which you feel will compliment the Festival and the region
Partnering with Narooma Rocks
Narooma Rocks will work closely with all participating businesses to promote your event. Please provide any additional details or requests for partnership, including marketing support, social media promotion, or potential collaborations with other local businesses.
