Volunteer Registration 2026

Labourers and handymen – Spare a few hours to help set up marquees, bars, hang signs around town and the festival site and delivering boxes to marquees.

Runners – Special folk are needed to help with eleventh hour surprises. Key areas will include setting up and supporting the information and merchandise marquee, stocking the oyster and liquor bar, people to wipe over furniture, platters, and glassware, help unpack boxes in readiness for use, help set up decoration and theming and fetching random items, sometimes from off-site.

Community Liaison –  Folks who love chatting to people. Answer enquiries about the program, the festival layout and the wider area.
