The Deep in the Weeds Food Podcast Network tells the true stories of those in the food and beverage industries through genuine conversations and is one of the most popular podcasts in Australia. This new event is a feast for all the senses, with each of the four sessions recorded live at the festival and complemented by oysters, matched wine and scintillating conversations with our growers and producers. Session 1: The Oyster Farmer and the Chef with oyster farmer John Blankenstein and chef Corey Costelloe (Rockpool Bar & Grill). Session 2: Conquering Kitchen Nightmares with chef Colin Fassnidge. Session 3: The Champion Shuckers with world champion shucker Stephen Nolan, champion shucker Sally Maclean, and the legendary shucker Jim Yiannaros. Session 4: Soul of the South Coast with our own Paul West.
