This ticket is sold by Narooma Rocks (ABN 25 632 751 207) who is responsible for the Narooma Oyster Festival. Narooma Rocks is a not-for-profit Australian Public Company operating in Australia. The following conditions are both of sale (including any resale or subsequent assignment), entry and attendance at the Event.

‘You’ and ‘your’ refers to the customer. ‘We’, ‘us’, ‘our’, ‘Narooma Oyster Festival; ’ and ‘Event organiser’ refers to Narooma Rocks, its employees, contractors, volunteers and authorised persons. This agreement means these terms and conditions and any other conditions specified by us on our website and booking forms.

PLEASE NOTE THIS IS A CASHLESS EVENT. NO ATM’S ON SITE.  

TICKETING

General Admission and Premium Experience Tickets will go on sale on February 6, 2024.

Children under 12 are free and all Children 16 and under must be accompanied by a ticket holding adult at all times.

This is an all-weather event. No refunds will be made if you choose not to attend due to inclement weather. If the event is unable to proceed on the advertised date or location by Government order, Narooma Rocks reserves the right to reschedule the Event, and offer a credit or exchange to the rescheduled date rather than a refund. Tickets may not, without prior written consent of Narooma Rocks, be resold or used for commercial purposes.

The committee will consider a refund on compassionate grounds, please contact info@naroomaoysterfestival.com with receipt details and reason for request. Refunds processed through the Festival’s ticketing provider Humanitix, take 2-5 business days.

 

GENERAL

  • Pets are not permitted.
  • Children under the age of 16 years must be supervised by a responsible adult (in accord with the Liquor Act) at all times.
  • Footwear must be worn at all times.
  • Narooma Oyster Festival is a cashless event, with no ATMs on site. Stallholders will have EFTPOS facilities.

 

ENTRY

All attendees must present a digital or printed ticket at the festival gates. Alcohol, glass and illegal items are not permitted. Entry is at own risk and the right to refuse entry is reserved. The promoter or venue shall not be held liable for any loss, injury or damages sustained entering on the site – to the extent allowed by the law.

 

ALCOHOL

Any patron wishing to consume alcohol must have photographic ID. Please do not attempt to bring alcohol, or glass, into the festival. We reserve the right to evict patrons who disobey or break Responsible Service of Alcohol legislation and the law.

 

COVID 

Narooma Oyster Festival has a Covid Safe Plan and will follow all NSW Health guidelines and advice. Those who purchased tickets for a group are responsible for knowing the contact details of all attendees in their group for the purposes of contact tracing. The primary ticket purchaser agrees that they nor anyone in their group, will attend the event if they are unwell or subject to a self-quarantine or self-isolation period. LIABILITY

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we do not accept liability of any nature for the acts, omissions or default of those providing services in connection with the Event or any liability for any injury, damage, loss, delay or additional expenses which are incurred at or in association with this Event. Admission is at the ticket holders’ own risk. You will be liable for any loss or damage caused at the Event by you or your invitees.

 

CONDUCT

Be kind and courteous to one another, festival staff, contractors and volunteers and stall holders. Remember that some people live with health conditions that may not be visible. Misconduct may result in swift eviction. Please respect our town, neighbourhood and neighbours and do not create excessive noise when travelling to and from the Festival.

 

PRIVACY

In order to purchase your ticket, we may need to collect and keep personal information about you including your name, address, payment details, telephone number and the names of all ticket allocations. Your Personal Information may be disclosed in a number of circumstances including the following to third parties such as festival sponsors where you consent to the use or disclosure at ticket purchase. We may also need to disclose your personal information as required by law or as permitted under the Privacy Act. See our Privacy Policy here.

All attendees consent to be included in photographic, film and other visual and audio recordings of the Event and grant the Festival the right to use such photos and recordings for promotion, marketing and other purposes in all media without restriction.

 

TRADING

Trading, trading signs or other signs are not permitted without prior written consent of Narooma Oyster Festival. Stall holders may submit an Expression of Interest here.

 

PROGRAM

The Festival reserves the right to vary the program including advertised chefs, artists, stall holders and site layout.

 

ENVIRONMENT

Narooma Rocks cares for the environment and community. Please be respectful and place litter in the recycle or other bins provided around the venue.
